No.1 We only charge $25 of shipping fee on each order.  
No.2 We mainly ship out the goods all over the world via EMS as its fast and secure delivery.
No.3 Please allow 24-48 hours for the arrangement of your items. 
No.4 Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. 
No.5 Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number once we have sent out the goods.
No.6 We are not responsible for shipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
No.7 We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

About Return Policy
***We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
- Handbags may be exchanged if you get the handbags that are totally different with what was ordered.
- Handbags have quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our handbags have high quality). If you met the above problem, please follow:
* Send us an email about the problem as you received the bag within 14 days as you received. We will reply you in 24 hours.
* Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn't been tampered, worn, damaged and so on. 
* Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
* In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
Note: We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the handbags, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the handbag has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, this kind of damage will not be covered.

***We offer a 14 day refund policy.
- Please send us an email within 14 days as you received about your reason before you send back the goods. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.
- The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been tampered, worn, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
- We'll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
- All returns are at the customers' own cost. We recommend that you insure the package, if you choose not to insure it, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
Note: 14 days policy--the item is returned within 14 days of purchase (from the day the goods is signed for/received.
